Description of Liss Pint Cream Whipper
This professional cream whipper is made of solid aluminum, not cast, making it virtually flawless for long-lasting use. Though it's made for professional kitchens, it's perfect for home use, too, dispensing both hot and cold ingredients and holding one pint. It has a stainless steel decorator tip which can be removed for cleaning even while the whipper is still pressurized.
