Customer Review: Expensive, but worthy

Product is a fast, effective way of cranking out a lot of ice cream. My issue was one of time (lack of) so I wanted a product that could quickly accomplish this while entertaining, etc.
Pro: Gets ice cream and sorbet's on your plate in 20 mins. Up to 6 quarts an hour.
Cons: Big unit and the bowl is non-removable so clean up is a mild pain.
Conclusion, if you love ice cream and have some extra money, it's a good buy.

The Pola Ice Cream Maker has a self-contained freezer-compressor, which does not require pre-freezing. This unique feature enables ice cream to be made with quick turn-around time between batches. A timer, working in conjunction with the Churn and Chill switch, makes operation simple. Made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, this machine includes a removable stainless steel blade.
