I was concerned how this machine would look and function in my kitchen. It is very elegant with polished Stainless Steel and simple, quiet but elegant control. The Ice Cream and Gelato are just as advertised and remind me of fresh Italian gelato like what is sold in gelato cafés in Italy. I have several high-end ($1000+) cappuccino and other high-end food processing machines in my kitchen and this beauty fits right in.
