Got this for christmas and couldn't be happier. Yes the size dimensions are not quite what is advertised on the box, but, I am not dehydrating for a restaurant and don't need that much space anyway. It is still a lot of drying room. Also,it is quiet, efficient, and, for me, the best looking one I have seen.
I highly recommend this one.
