My whole family loves this product. It really eliminates wasting coffee, and w/all of the flavors available, there's no way someone cannot be satisfied. I've heard others complain of the noise---get a life, get over it, it's a machine, it's going to make noise, ok. Fold a towel, put it under the machine, and voila, instant noise reduction.
