I know some people complained that these scissors come apart when you open 'em too far, but I can't do it with one hand. Maybe those people had giant hands? Mine are pretty big, and I have never accidentally separated the blades. Cuts great, stays sharp, no complaints at all!!Customer Review: Love them

Handy, sharp and so easy to clean. I use these every time I cook, then just separate them in two and put them in the silverware rack in my dishwasher. We also use Fiskars shop scissors, but use these more for the messy things, since they clean so easily and completely. I prefer these for chicken since I worry about contamination at the joint of traditional scissors.Customer Review: Not very comfortable

The rating I'm providing on this product isn't completely fair. It may deserve a higher rating (or less). I've purchased this as a gift, so not sure how well it performs. But I felt I should weigh in and let people know what I didn't and that is it's the same as Kershaw. In fact I ordered this from the listed seller and received the Kershaw brand. It looks exactly the same, so I'm assuming it's the same company. But one thing I noticed is that other sellers are selling the Kershaw brand of these shears at a much lower price.Customer Review: Shears that last

Finally, a set of shears that survives in my kitchen. No cracked, cheap plastic handles. No inseparable blades that prevent washing.
Overall, a good set of shears. Perhaps a bit too much going on with them, but they do what I need them to do and they do it well.
