These are cut-to-fit universal filters, something we were unaware of when we ordered (may have been in the fine print).
The cutting is not an issue. But, the filters much thinner then the one it replaces - something we are NOT happy about. If you are going to sale a universal filter and brand it HEPA-compatible, don't make it smaller then the OEM HEPA filter it is replacing.
