I bought this cattle cheap with free shipping. I had my doubts. But after 2 - maybe more years - it still works. The heating element is not even dirty ( maybe just my tap water is good). Simple, heats water fast. Turn off by itself when done. What else can you wish for?
If you need something simple to heat up water for tea - I'd recommend it - and would buy it again.
