I bought this with some doubt in mind that it would releave soreness and aches. Mostly arthritis pain. But to our surprise we have used it on not only arthritis but sore achy muscles and bruises. It works great to releave that soreness that is felt with inflamation. We were both surprised that almost instant relief was felt. I put it on a paper towel and rub it in. with in minutes there is a feeling of tingling and then relief. this stuff really works!

Even though this liquid is horribly smelly it does work wonders with painful joints. I have used it full strength on my knees, wrists & elbow and it stings some on the skin but I have virtually no pain in my joints for 2-3 days after it's use. A very good product.
DMSO: Nature's Healer I suggest anyone buying this also purchase the book about DMSO for information about its uses and application of the product.

I purchased this product from this vendor approximately a year ago, used some, then left the bottle on the shelf. I took it out to use it again but wanted to dilute it to 70%. I added tap water then was shocked to feel the DSMO having a thermal reaction (got surprisingly hot). I did much research online and could find no information stating this was normal. My suspicion then was that it was either tainted/unpure or had chemically changed since sitting in the bottle for a year (original bottle in a dark cupboard).
I contacted the vendor, she contacted the manufacturer with the concern. They simply stated its not for medicinal use, only as an industrial solvent. Well, regardless of the intended use, it having an unexpected reaction could have consequences. Apparently they aren't concerned about that sort of thing.
So, in the light of safety, I cannot recommend this particular brand of DSMO.
