I love these knives. Between these knives, my 8" chef's knife, and my bread knife, I don't use anything else. And I cook a lot!
I've had these knives for about a year now, and use them daily. They've retained much of their sharpness, although I forsee having to get the green-handled one sharpened down the road.
I'd definitely get these again. My personal go-to favorite is the red-handled one. That one is super sharp. You won't regret purchasing these!

Highly recommend this set of knives. I use them all the time for everything from cutting a piece of fruit to slicing cheese. Love the color coded handles too. They are very sharp and the blades are nice and fine (thin). I got them to replace a very old set of Henkels paring knives. When I lost my precious Henckels paring knife, I never thought I could replace it with FOUR different knives for half the price. This set has been wonderful -- almost as sharp as my good knives. This is the fourth set of these knives that I have purchased as gifts. I love my own set and use these knives almost exclusively in my kitchen. All of my friends comment about how much they like my set so I buy them sets of their own for birthdays, thank you's etc. They are very durable, keep a sharp edge for a long time and are dishwasher safe!
