Customer Review: Dimensions given are inaccurate; flimsy

The dimensions given in the product description are inaccurate and, consequently, the tray does not fit my drawer. The dimensions given in the product description are "10-1/2 inches wide by 14-3/4 inches long by 2-3/4 inches"; the item I received is 11" wide 15½" long x 2¾" tall (exterior dimensions).
Seller has contacted me regarding a return and has stated that the dimensions given in the product description were the "interior" dimensions and that Amazon has not corrected the misinformation. Note: the dimensions in the product description also do not match the "interior" dimensions on the tray I received.
The tray I received is what I would call flimsy, especially considering the [...] price tag; I have other hardwood flatware and kitchen drawer trays that are far superior in workmanship and quality of materials. Since the tag on the back says "Oneida" one wonders if this is a Henckels at all.
This item will be returned ASAP. Note also that the seller did not want to refund the shipping cost.

This is a substantial flatware tray made of real wood. The internal dimensions provided by another reviewer were accurate and helpful. The sides are higher than most other trays and thus holds a place setting for 12. Excellent tray - finally enough slots for the basic silverware and an extra slot for the serving stuff. The wood is a little bland, but it's in a drawer so who really sees it anyway?
