I bought the board based on the reviews and saw one morning that the board was warped because it was sitting on a wet surface. I wasn't concerned because of reading the review that said it could be fixed. Instead of weights, I flipped the board over and put a slightly dampened cloth underneath thinking that it would warp back the other way. The board actually cracked! I checked the return policy and just missed the amazon return window, so I called the manufacturer and they said there was nothing they could do, I had to go through amazon. I think I would have been eligible for a partial credit, but because it wasn't certain, and because the heavy board would have been expensive to ship, I decided to give up. Then to add salt to the wound, it cracked again on the other side!
