Customer Review: Great Little Timer

This timer is great. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have this unit controlling my 1500 watt space heater in our bathroom and it does that no problem. There should be enough clearance on your wall plug when this is plugged in on the top half, to plug another device in the bottom. I have mine plugged in to a ground fault wall plug that has the test and reset buttons in the middle of the wall plug, allowing me to plug in a hairdryer that has an oversized square plug in the bottom receptacle. In any case, this unit allows you to plug two devices into it.
There is an on/off override feature which is really handy. The nice thing is that when you override the setting it will automatically default to your next timed program.
The unit can be programmed for several events, more than enough for me.
The only downside to this timer is learning to program it. I believe it is more complicated than it needs to be. I have to get the instructions out every time I want to change a program. Luckily for me that may be once or twice a year. It isn't difficult, it's just knowing the sequence. That is the reason I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5.
