Customer Review: My experience was BAD with this product

The shower head is like having someone pour a garden watering can over your head, which is ok I guess but the fact that the two turn buckles that allow you to direct the shower head don't hold for more than 1 or 2 minutes is painful. The shower head crashes into your tile with a bang and you resent, tightening without a wrench but I'm a pretty strong guy and it flops over again. Unless you want to spend good money to throw away a product don't bother. Not to mention the pipe supplied is so short you have to almost stand against the shower head wall to get wet.
