Customer Review: Good fan - but noisy and malfunctioning!

This fan is nice, but as other reviews mentioned, there seems to be something wrong with the power wiring. For no apparent reason, it often spins the fans really high when it's set to 'low' speed, and it's generally pretty noisy. Overall, I'm glad that I got this fan.
