I purchased this because I was tire of ironing and was very excited when it arrived. It seemed to work great..heated the water quickly, steamed the clothing fairly well etc. The hose seemed a bit stiff and very very hot but I thought there was just a learning curve to using it efficiently. I used it about 3 time..then the 4th time, I turned it on and nothing happened. The lights light up..there was a full reservoir...and no steam. So, a little pricey to de-wrinkle 10 shirts. I think I'll look into another brand with better reviews.

With its long-lasting steam power and adjustable design, the 1500-watt Perfect Steam commercial garment steamer from Home Touch is a great alternative to labor-intensive ironing.
