Customer Review: Does not work with many International coach seat configurations

One of the fundamental features of this product is that the inventor discovered that while on an international flight he was able to tie his shoe laces around the back of his chair and anchor his pillow at a comfortable angle to his neck for rest allowing him to lean into the pillow.
I am not sure when the inventor did this but I doubt it has been in the past five years. Today's international flights have entertainment screens built in the back of the seat in front of you. Because of this it is impossible to place the cord around the back of your seat and not interfere with the entertainment screen or tray table of the passenger behind you. At least with every International flight that I have taken with the pillow.
I have tried to use this on the following Airline's International flights: American Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Japan Air, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and China Air. The only flight that the cord did not go directly across the screen was FinnAir, because they did not have in-seat screens. It did interfere with the tray table and the passenger asked me to remove it. American Airline seats have an adjustable headrest and if you lift the headrest up enough it is possible to wrap the cord around the center post. This was not satisfactory because the anchor point is at the center of the seat and does not leave enough room to lean into the pillow.
I would have given it an extra star, because it might have been possible to use it without an anchor chord if you were in a window seat. It would then be possible to jam the pillow against the wall. In an aisle or center seat the lack of an anchor point with the cord causes the person to slump over into the seat next to them or into the aisle. Coach seats have also shrunk in width since this product was invented.
The reason I will not give it two stars is after my fifth flight of trying to use this pillow it developed a leak, requiring that I blow it back up every hour.

This pillow is perfect for someone who is a side sleeper. You can wear it over your shoulder in a messenger bag fashion or strap it to your seatback. Then you can snuggle into it as you would if you were laying down. It prevents you from slumping into your neighbor and it won't slide away from you like the airline pillows always do. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband. He liked it so much we bought them for our son and daughter-in-law to use when flying to Europe. We all find them to be far superior than the u shaped pillows. People on the plane ask about them and we send them to Amazon. Thanks to the inventor for such an innovative new product!Customer Review: Excellent customer service

My pillow developed a leak after using it on three trips. I notified customer service and they couldn't have been nicer about sending a replacement, only asking me to submerge the pillow in water so that I could tell them where the leak was (it was on one of the seams).
The pillow itself is very difficult to use attached to the seat back: the cord moves around, the entertainment screens interfere with it, it is difficult to change sides, generally a pain. It works much better just attached around your body, and it is easy to change sides using it that way.
I think I like my KomfortKollar a little better. It's good to have two kinds of pillows to change off on long trips.

This is the first time I've ever written a product review. I have sampled many neck/travel pillows in the past year that have all been lousy. This pillow is awesome! Get it and be amazed.
