I purchased this along with the Persil for the whole European laundry experience. Fortunately, with the price being so high, you don't have to use a lot to get good results. My laundry turns out soft and smells great, although if you use too much you could get a result like the previous reviewer. In order to get the right amount, I use the Downey dispenser.
