I love this machine. It fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up too much space. It pops quickly and my kids 17 down to 3 love to watch it work. My only issue, which started last week, is that the stirring arm seems to raise up too high and jams popcorn under it causing the motor to stop. My husband is going to try and modify it to solve the problem. I hope to get many useful years from this machine.Customer Review: Popcorn Popper

This popper makes great popcorn! Only complaint was it was slightly damaged in shipping (ding and dent on each piece.) This did not affect the performance of the popper though. We love this item - it was a hit at my daughter's birthday party. It is a bit of a pain to clean if you are using it frequently, but for a party or other large gathering, where you would clean once after many uses, it is definitely worth it.Customer Review: Popper WONT Pop

At first this product was awesome! It makes great popcorn. However, after about 40 kettles of popping, the popcorn stopped poping out of the popper, and would sit in the kettle and burn. The manual has no help on how to solve the problem. I took the top off the machine and could not see any obvious issues.
Its very frustrating. Since it was under 90 days, we will be able to get a replacment from the store, and we have a long term warranty. Something tells me we will need it, because the motor and gears seem very indequate for a small family that pops 20 kettles a week for parties and sleep overs.
I haven't made contact with the company yet, if it is possable, but I will be researching a bettering gearing replacement option. I have read many posts similar to mine, and this company must do a recall, or they will be out of business.

If anyone pays more than $250 for this cart, they have overpaid BIGTIME. I bought this same exact item at BJ's Warehouse for $199.99. I can't believe some of these vendors are trying to sell them on Amazon for over $400. Go elsewhere if you want a FAIR price for this product.
