THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE BEERTENDER TUBES. THEY ARE TOO LONG AND DO NOT FEED DERECTLY FROM THE HEINEKEN MINI-KEG TO THE TAPPING APPARATUS AND SPOUT.
THIS NEEDS CORRECTION. I HAVE TALKED TO BEERTENDER IE. KRUPS AND HEINEKENS ABOUT AND THEY BOTH FINGER-POINT AT EACH OTHER FOR THIS PROBLEM.
THEREFORE NOTHING WILL GET DON I FEAR!!!

I love the BeerTender and it was great to be able to order a bunch of the tubes in advance since it is so hard to find them at stores. If you have bought the mini-kegs in the past and have enjoyed them, then you should think about getting the BeerTender and order some tubes in advance. It can be very sad having a nice, cold mini-keg in your BeerTender and no tubes for dispensing!Customer Review: Beer extractor

I don't know if it was the extractor or the keg of Heinekin...This also was the first time I had used the keg...The beer came out so foamy that I would have to wait 5 minutes for it to go down so I could finish filling up my "stein"....This really killed the experience, to the point that I am no longer interested in purchasing the Heinekin kegs...However, it did solve my problem of purchasing a keg with no pump. / LACustomer Review: Beer=Good
