We registered for this item for our wedding and received it as a shower gift. It is a TERRIBLE machine. The first time we used it it worked fine and made good mini burgers with no problem - but the cleanup was horrendous. I'm not sure what the deal with it is, but it is awful to try to clean the top press. The next 2-3 times we used it to make sliders, our entire burger/chicken/turkey patty was covered on the top in some sort of metallic sheen. I am not sure if it is just the paint coming off on it or what but it is AWFUL. I do NOT recommend this product and am concerned about health issues for anyone who ingests the silver residue. This product should be recalled in my opinion.Customer Review: You can finally make great Mini-Burgers just like Krystal or White Castle...

i love the slider station. worked great. whole family loves it (even in-laws) I dont like the grease factor due to it being hard to remove the grease and the burgers shrink but over all it is a great product. Fallow the instructions and cook on a med. heat not high. if you cook on high the outsides will cook inside is raw but on med. heat it works fine. as for the nonstick coating, i have not had any problems my self so as far as i am conserned it works fine and cleans up in 5 minutes with some warm water and soap no scrubbing required for mine. Finally people need to use common sence with it and NOT touch the metal parts when cooking of course it will be hot so don't blame the product for stupidity.Customer Review: very bad quality

The idea is not bad, but the quality and size was deceiving.
The coating on the press came off after the first use (it was visible on the burgers!!!!!!). Makes me sick just thinking about it!!!! Do not buy this product.It is dangerous to your health!

This item is a total waste of money. We used it once and will probably never use it again. The cleanup is a nightmare and it smoked like hell a blazing. What a dissapointment. Non-stick coating--ya right! Do not buy this product.
