I am the Queen of Research and after spending a month doing research on which juicer to buy, I decided on this one and I am so happy with it. All the previous reviews (especialy from those who have owned masticating juicers) were incredibly helpful. I agonized about deciding between a masticating juicer that gives better quality juice - but at the expense of time and labourious cleanup - and a centrifugal juicer - that may have produced a slightly lower quality juice (less live enzymes) but was quick and easy to clean. This Breville is amazing! The juice is great and it is so fast! It takes me about 5 minutes from veggy prep to clean up.
Here are some tips for quick use. Most important is to read the instructions CAREFULLY before using! Obvious, but even after reading them, I made some mistakes that I blamed on the juicer - but it was me.
And there were little things that I missed. First off, have the juicer turned on and going at full RPM before adding the veggies to the juicer; otherwise you'll get inefficient juicing and a waste of veggies. Next, make sure that the large chunks of veggies (eg. quartered beets) slide vertically into the feeder by using the guide on the lower inside of the feeder, otherwise, some veggies will end up sideways and not juice efficiently.
For super quick clean-up, I put Large size Glad Storage Bags in the pulp collector (not expensive to use and great fit). If I'm just juicing for myself, I place a large glass under the juice spout instead of the large container supplied - I drink straight from the glass and the container is one less item to clean. If you don't like the foam though, you'll want to use the supplied container with the foam skimmer. After juicing - about 3 minutes - I empty the bag from the pulp collector into the garbage and put in another bag for next time (this way the collector requires no cleaning), rinse the stainless steel bowl, food pusher, and plastic top under hot water and set aside to air dry. I soak the filter basket in water while I'm at work and when I get home it's much easier to clean - about 3 minutes. Make sure you clean it really well or else you'll get problems with clogging. I don't put the pieces in the dishwasher b/c they take up a lot of space.
I have had absolutely no problems with this juicer and have used it daily for a month now.
I absolutely love this juicer! It's the only one to buy if you want to ensure that juicing is quick, clean up is easy, and you get quality juice.

I researched many different juicers before purchasing and have found this juicer to have had the best reviews. Not only does this thing perform like the reviews say,it also is maore than easy to clean. The price may be a seem a little steep, but the way I look at it is this. Why buy three cheap juicers that will eventually break, when you can buy a stainless steel juicer that will last you for years to come. Enjoy

I have had many juicers from jack lelanes, to the pricey omega juicers, and even a few juiceman's. This is by far the best juicer I have ever purchased. It is easy to clean, easy to use. Squeezes every last ounce out of fruits and vegetables. And you can tell that this machine is going to last a very long time because of the quality workmanship. BEST JUICER EVER, PERIOD!!!
