Used this when I drove cross country with two cats. 8 hours a day in the car and then a different hotel room every night for a week. One has stress induced seizures (that's why we drove and didn't fly.) Got it for her, but turns out the other "healthy" cat is the one that needed it more. She cried non-stop the entire first day. Day 2 I put a few drops directly into her mouth in the morning and again at lunch. Worked like a charm. She stayed calm and quiet the rest of the trip. If you've got pets with travel anxiety, I highly recommend this stuff.
