I bought one and had not had need to use it much, but I needed something incase of blackouts and I need to have an ice-cream shake, Hardy har har. This is the only blender I own, had only used it twice and it did the job, but I am a little disappointed that this company does not have an add-on for a food processor, I really could have used that more than a blender so I am only going to give it three stars. A multi-use appliance would had made a better deal.
