Very Durable. Heats up Faster than most canners. Lasts a long time. This is my second one in 40 years of canning. The other one is still useable but since my husband helps me we have more items to can at once so need no less than two cold pack canners at once.

This 21.5-qt. enameled steel pot with lid and wire rack is 14-in. in diameter and 12.5-in. high with its lid on. It's the traditional favorite for making jams, jellies, preserves, and marmalades. It has a jar capacity of 7 quarts, 7 pints, 7-12oz jelly jars, 7 half pints or 7-4oz jelly jars.
