I bought this hoping to make home made whipped cream and avoid all the chemicals in the Cool Whip we are using now - what a disaster. It would never really whip anything - I tried several combinations of ingredients they suggested and NOTHING worked - all I ever got was runny cream which got dumped all over the counter when I opened the bottom to check it. don't bother with this...
