These plates are just beautiful. I had been searching for a holiday plate that would be easy to store and wash up quickly, either by hand or dishwasher. I also wanted something unbreakable. Holidays are busy times and the less mess the better. I also didn't want to purchase paper plates each year and add to the trash. They are so nice I may even purchase more!
