I think the George Formann grill is easy to clean! If you clean it as soon as you're finished cooking, the grease and everything just slides right off. It also makes things taste great! I thought that things would be dry, but the food tastes great. I use it for chicken, portabello mushrooms, filets, etc. I enjoy everything we make on the Foreman grill.Customer Review: Good but a pain to clean

It is a nice unit, always cooks the food well. It is very easy to use and I use it at least 2-3 times a week. The only pain is that grilling bases do not remove for easy cleaning. Especcially if you are cooking something with sticky sauce, clean the thing is a pain. Other than that it is pretty good.Customer Review: Great Grill!

Just bought my second one. Used the first one so much over the last year, the teflon coating on the top has worn enough that food sticks to it and its hard to clean. I have used it a minimum of 3 times a week, usually more since May 2001 and its held up well considering the use. Cooked everything from burgers and hotdogs, to steaks, shrimp, veggies, and bacon (even though they recommend not to, it works great on bacon). I really like the timer function on this model. Unfortunately, it appears that this model is being discontinued as I don't see it on the manufacturers website anymore. So if you like this size and the timer function, you better get it now while they are still in stock.Customer Review: Great for City Dwellers

If you miss summer BBQ's this is for you. I love the way the grill marks the chicken, hamburger, veggies, etc. for a real authentic look, as well as taste. My only suggestion is to cook your food at least 2 minutes less than the recommended time suggested otherwise your meat will out dry as there is no fat to keep it moist. It's wonderful if you live in the city and clean up is very easy, although I do spray the top and bottom with Pam to avoid sticking and easier cleanup.Customer Review: HOW TO CLEAN GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL

THE GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN IF YOU FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE DIRECTIONS: AFTER GRILLING IS COMPLETE, UNPLUG UNIT, SET NEXT TO KITCHEN SINK SO IT WILL DRAIN INTO SINK. OPEN UNIT, SPRAY WITH HOT WATER ON BOTTOM GRILL AND UPPER GRILL. I USE A SINK SPRAYER, GENTLY SPRAY TOP SO IT WILL NOT SPILL ONTO COUNTER, SPRAY HARDER ON BOTTOM GRILL. PUT DOWN LID, LET STAND WHILE YOU EAT DINNER. AFTER DINNER, WIPE WITH WET PAPER TOWEL TO REMOVE MOST OF THE DRIPPINGS, RE-WET GRILLS AND PLACE LID DOWN WHILE YOU DO THE OTHER DISHES. THEN OPEN THE LID AND RINSE AND WIPE ONE MORE TIME, PRESTO! IT'S REALLY THAT EASY.
