This works great. Cat Sitter - 2 Hour VHS - The Video Cats LOVE To Watch
The only down side is now he demands we turn on the tv when ever we go outside. The one cat sits in front of the tv for hours, cat sitter junkie! The other cat is not interisted at all.
It has worked wonders for the cat that we got it for.

We thought our cat would love this DVD but we were very disappointed. He did take notice of the birds and came up to the screen to watch closely for a minute or two but that was it. Every time we turn it on, he takes notice for a minute or two. It's too much money to pay for something that interests him for such a short time.Customer Review: Cats love it, flat screen TV needs secured to wall though

My three cats love this DVD, they'll sit and watch the entire thing in one sitting. The birds are realistic, so much so that one of our cats actually jumped INTO the TV screen trying to hunt the bird.... needless to say, securing your TV prior to viewing might be a good idea.
Good things:
-The DVD loops so you can leave it on all day if you wanted
-The pictures are clear and the sound is nice
-Human sub-titles are available if you want to watch w/ your cat
Bad things:
-The screen shots change quickly so if you have attentive cats like we do they don't have a lot of time to stalk their prey
-The 2nd part of the DVD with the fire-fly chasing thing is kinda lame, the cats are not interested at all
Overall, I give it a 4 and would suggest the DVD to friends.

I recently purchased both Volume 1 and Volume 2. What cute DVD's! I haven't left them running on the DVD player when I'm at work, but my cat enjoys watching them when I'm home. He's a very high-energy cat, so if I was in the room he was usually distracted by me - but when I left and came back, he was glued to the TV! Volume I is mostly birds, so it's really nice to listen to in the background if you have it on for your cat. Volume 2 I bought for a present for my dad, and his cat (not as high-energy) sat and watched the entire DVD and did not move! Neat products - glad I purchased them.
