I purchased this machine from our local Lowes, after having 3 different machines delivered the 4th unit finally worked for awhile.
After 4 months of use it flooded our bedroom (wouldn't stop filling and overflowed). called GE and after about a week finally got a service guy out, after a 3 week wait for parts! he fixed the machine and it worked for about another 2-5 months and then flooded our room again, this time causing 3,400$ worth of damage (currently dealing with GE's insurance)
after getting the unit repaired again it has decided that it doesn't want to agitate or spin (same problem with the first 3 units they attempted to deliver) Currently waiting on a call back from Lowes as now they have to replace the unit.
I will not have another one of these units in my home!
This is the first and last GE appliance that I buy.
FYI- if you do get a working unit, the cleanliness of your clothes is sub-par at best.
