I am extremely disappointed in this product. I had a GE Microwave for 15 years and NEVER had a problem or replaced a part. After 15 years, it just decided not to work anymore. Rather than fixing it, I threw it out and decided it was time for a new one. I wish I would have fixed my old one! I ordered this brand new GE microwave. I received it the end of July. We went on vacation for 2 weeks in August. At the end of August, it stopped heating. We might have used it for 2 weeks! Unbelievable! Apparently the quality of GE is not what it used to be....and I'm still waiting for someone to repair it! Ugh!!
