I have never found a better sharpener for the price. Of course you can get better ones if you want to pay hundreds of dollars. This one works well for my needs and didn't take a huge chunk out of my finances. I would definitely replace it if it disappeared. One of the greatest things about it is that it doesn't wear me out sharpening either. Just a few swipes with the knife and voila! Done and sharp as I want it.
