Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Fulcrum Multi-Flex LED Task Light, SilverCustomer Review: As Advertised Summary: 5 Stars
A light and bright LED book reading lamp. Its only downside is it takes 3 AAA batteries, and for an LED that is excessive. But other than the modest battery cost, a good product that does it's function well.
Customer Review: As a Heavy USER of NIGHT LIGHTS, (in bed) I KNOW the difference. Summary: 5 Stars
Just went to replace my 5 year old Fulcrum Multi-Flex LED Task Light, Silver-and some how the seach engines took me to the land of the Mighty Brights.
I wrote a review on the MB called: "Could have been a '5 star'." --having used the Fulcrum Multi-Flex LED Task Light, Silver---for soooo many years!
I will highlight it hear why I love THIS light:
ON/OFF Click Switch (used it so many times wore the silver paint off to the red undercoating) The light will not TURN ON and run down your batteries as would a soft touch press switch on the Mighty Bright. It's no fun, when you look in a knap sack and see the light ON, for gosh knows how many hours!) Love the FULCRUM, never a problem with it's industrial style ON/Off Switch.
Balance with the Goose Neck. Perfect balance with the bulb head. I have done 180s and tied knots with this cord connection over the 5 years and still good-electrical connection and the bulb head is supported and balanced.
Price. Very good. Buy 3, give on to a friend. I did.
Thanks for reading.
Mike
Customer Review: Awesome Summary: 5 Stars
This is my first booklight; so weigh this review accordingly. After reading all the reviews on Amazon, I decided to go with this one. I've used it for a few months now and I love it. It's light and bright and the light stays EXACTLY where you put it. The light does bleed around the book and light up the room a bit, but I don't see how that's to be avoided.
***FOLLOW-UP***
A few months after I wrote the above, the light began to short out a bit whenever it was touched or moved. Annoying to say the least. I opened up the light and found that the very cheaply constructed switch was not making full contact. After I disassembled, tried to bend it to the correct position, and reassembled it a few times, I eventually fixed it. But I doubt most customers will have the patience or luck to do so.
Customer Review: Awesomer Summary: 5 Stars
i got this light because my daddy said i read in the dark 2 much
so he got me the book light
now i can sit anywhere in the house and read without being told to move because of poor lighting
i use my book light everywhere

Customer Review: BEST reading light ever Summary: 5 Stars
I read the reviews before choosing this reading light -- I have many in the house, having tried others that worked/didn't work/couldn't replace the bulb when it blew, etc. This one is a steady light (boo on the LED things), the easily positioned stem (neck?) keeps it where I want it, and the light spreads to encompass the two pages of an open book. The clip is easy to use and it does hold extremely well.
In short, when I have to buy another reading light, I'm going back to this company for this product!
