I think this machine is great. There are few humidifiers out there where you can cool or heat depending on the season. Also, I have been using it for days and have only filled the water twice - usually I have to refill other humidifiers every time after use. And the fact that the air purifier is always on is such a great detail. It may not be the best company in the world, but this 5 in 1 is pretty unique and so easy to use. Cleaning it takes a few minutes. I am glad I purchased it; in fact, I can't sleep at night without it now - which by the way has a perfect hum, not loud and clunky like some other fans.Customer Review: Waste Of Money

What a piece of junk, I do not even know why this company is in business except to rip off the customer. I never even got it to work and the company was absolutely no help at all. I guess that I could ship it back and piss more money away but enough of my resources have been wasted on this crappy company and its worthless products.

I put the order for a FH-778 in on Tuesday. Didn't get any order update email from Unbeatable Sale until Thursday, so I called them. The rep said that it is in stock and will ship the next day. Still no emails for another 4 days! The Tuesday of the next week, I get this stupid mail saying that the item is out of stock and will ship hopefully in a week. We ordered this product about a month ago, thinking it would be a great substitute for an air conditioner. The product arrived and we set it up and plugged it in. The control panel on the product would not function. It could only be run with the remote and the cooling function could not be accessed with the remote. We contacted the company and they send out another one, with an order for the defective one to be picked up by a shipper. Today I set up the second cooler fan, made sure it was set up properly, including the plug at the bottom to keep the water from running out. However, I plugged it in and pushed the button for the cooling feature and all the water in the tank ran out onto the floor! This product is going back and I will never buy another Fujitronic product. They do not seem to have any sort of product quality control. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying this product to look elsewhere!Customer Review: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

After reviewing this product first hand I am not impressed.
I did not expect the dramatic cooling of an air conditioner. I did however expect this product to be more useful than a fan.
Water compartment needs to be filled often and is cumbersome(located at the bottom). I found my self dragging jugs of water to fill water compartment. After which you must bend over and insert your hand to pour blindly into a water tray.
Ice packs given in package can be found at local odds and ins stores for about $1.99 and melt quickly. Display panel is hard to read with small light font. Best of all my stand up fan that was purchased for $49 cools room better than this $119.00 plus shipping $20-$30 cooler.
I purchased this cooler for a family member that has respiratory problems. This individual uses oxygen which takes allot of watts. As a method of cooling and energy consumption savings I was drawn to this product. I did not use heating feature in that weather did not permit.
In general I have found swap/commercial "coolers" do not work as advertised. The appeal of a cost effective cooling device that is portable and conserves energy seems to be a pipe dream!
