Customer Review: Cleanup is a nightmare!

Not only is cleanup NOT a breeze with piece of (^*&$%, but it doesn't regulate the heat like my old electric cooktop with the burner elements did. I've been cooking with electric for many, many years, with the same pans (copper bottom Revere Ware -- decent stuff), and with this cooktop, EVERYTHING gets burnt to the bottom of the pan... What a mess! To top it off, the white glass, that can only be cleaned with soap and water or their "special cleaner" (which is expensive and not worth a darn)is EXTREMELY hard to get clean without a LOT of elbow grease.
I purchased this stove because I thought it would be easy to clean... Boy am I sorry I ever bought it. I read the other review and that person saying it was easy to clean... I wonder what she is trying to cook or is cookng with, because EVERY cook experience is a real nightmare to clean... Stay away from this one... it's NOT a good product by any means.
