Customer Review: Noisy because of loose styrofoam

My only complaint about this unit is the noise caused by loose Styrofoam inside the unit. If you have ever driven down the road with a squeaky Styrofoam ice chest in the back, that's the noise. Ironically it only makes the noise at the low fan level. At higher fan speeds the noise stops. I know it's the Styrofoam making the noise because when I press on it with something the noise stops. I'm just surprised that Frigidaire doesn't fix, what seems to me to be an easy problem to fix, if done during the manufacturing process. Other than the Styrofoam vibration the unit cools pretty well and seems to be energy efficient for a wall unit. If it wasn't for the Styrofoam noise I would have rated it a four.
