Our office was in need of a 220V AC unit. With a window height opening of only 14 5/8" I thought the 14 1/2" spec on this unit would work.. The bottom of the AC unit has some tabs that caused us to cut notches in the window frame in order to install it. There appears to be a small drain hole on the bottom left side only 2" behind the face of the unit that seems to be dripping condensation on the inside window sill even though the unit has a positive slope to the rear. Be prepared for extra installation time if your window opening is minimal or if you are not using the recommended through the wall insert. The Ac unit itself is working fine.

Installing the unit is made easy with the avaible Window Mounting Kit and filter cleaning is a snap with the tilt-out filter access feature. The FAH146R2T is 14 1/2- inches in height, 24-inches in width, and 23 1/2-inches in depth, weighs 97 pounds, and uses 230/208 Volts AC. Frigidaire provides one year full and five year sealed system warranty.
