The unit was delivered with damage. What can one say, things like that happen. Amazon said they would send a new one and instructions for returning the old one (so far so good). A week later I called and there seemed to be no record of the conversation, so we had it again. Got a new one, it works fine, but 2 different sets of instructions were sent for returning the broken one. After much communication breakdown, we finally delivered the defective unit to a UPS store with Amazon instructions. Now we're getting emails saying that we will be charged for that since it didn't get returned. What a mess.

Enjoy relief from the heat with Frigidaire's FAH126S2T Through-the-Wall Room Air Conditioner with a 12,000/11,700 BTU cooling capacity and a 9.0 energy-efficiency rating. It features an approximately 640-square foot cooling capability for large size rooms and a full function remote control with a thermostat in the remote. LVC technology (low voltage compensation) ensures proper operation when the voltage fluctuates below normal levels. This unit requires a new or exsisting wall sleeve for correct installation (sold separately).
