An excellent value for the money. Cools a 650 sf. apt. quickly. Not exactly whisper quiet,but not disruptive and a fair trade off for an inexpensive in the wall unit. There were no unexpected hassles with installation.

It is perfect for large rooms or rooms where supplemental cooling is needed (Up to 640 Square Feet) It features an EER of 9.8. The Variable Speed Fan and 8-Way Air Direction along with Electronic Controls with Full Function Remote makes it very easy to operate. Cool, energy saver and fan modes, On/Off 24-Hour timer, auto cool and sleep can be programmed with the remote.Installing the unit is made easy with the Pleated Quick Mount Window Mounting Kit and Filter cleaning is a snap with the Tilt-Out Filter Access Feature. Electronic controls offer filter check reminder and clean air features.The FAC124P1A is 14- inches in height, 19-inches in width, and 21 1/4-inches in depth, weighs 79 pounds, and uses 115 Volts AC.
