Customer Review: 2nd broken unit in 2 years

We have one that was a year old and it died, so Friedrich replaced it last june after a month of sweating.....
Now it is April and the next new one died again 1/2 hour after we turned it on. So we'll call tomorrow and hope that the warranty is on the 9 month old 2008 replacement unit instead of the first 2007 lemon. Or is it not a lemon until the third one dies?
