Customer Review: Broken vacuum sealer

I received this compact vacuum sealing system and it did not work. Seems the plastic piece that the hose inside fits over was broken off. I send an email that night asking what to do with this. My husband is very handy and he glued (with gorilla glue the hose onto to the plastic stub that was still on the sealer. It sealed some of the bags but then others deflated and didn't stay sealed. I think this would be a good product if it had not been broken. I wish I had some response back and then could have decided what to do with it.
