I purchased this item at the retail store for the same price listed on Amazon. I have to say I am very disappointed with this item. It is much smaller than I had anticipated, and the scent(s) of the candles is not very pleasant. The look of the item is nice, just like the picture. This would be okay for a bathroom or a small room, but not for the place I had planned to use it. You may want to go to Target and view and smell the item before purchasing.Customer Review: Great Gift!

I bought this for my sister-in-law for her birthday. She absolutely loved it! She said that the candles smelled great and it looked very nice in their apartment.

I bought these sets as gifts for xmas, went over very well. Candles are very aromatic and have a nice relaxing feel and look. This is what I was told, I did not keep a set for myself. Nice buy though for those candle people out there...Customer Review: Great Scents

I received these candles in a boxed set two years ago and I am finally close to burning out my last candle. The candles are a wonderful mix of earth and wood scents.
I see complaints here about how quickly the wax melts, which can be true in open air, but the scent was so strong and lasting that I would not burn them continuously for an extended period of time.
I also found that by placing one candle in a tall, close-fitting, glass holder this allowed the wax to melt down around the base of the candle. Once the wick burned below the top of the glass holder the wax melted slowly and completely, extending the full life of the candle.
