Customer Review: Upside Down Use!

I haven't used this pan yet to cook in, and may not. That isn't what I bought it for.
I have a great cast iron 14" pizza pan--it's Lodge Logic, and it's wonderful. I like to eat my pizza slowly, and I like it to stay warm.
What I do is cook the pizza on the cast-iron pan in the oven, and then set it on trivets, put this 14", 3"-deep aluminum pan on top of it upside down, and wrap the whole thing in a beach towel. Voila, warm pizza! Yum!
I've used this pan several times now and washed it by hand, and it is working perfectly. If at some point my arthritis is acting up too much to handle the heavy cast iron pizza pan, I plan to cook my pizza IN this pan, and use cardboard topping with the towel around it to keep it warm.
That wouldn't stay as warm as the cast-iron pizza pan topped by this one, though. Yum, yum!
