This is a durable, simple unit. I anticipate that it should function reliably for many years. Assembly was easy and straight forward.
This is a floor unit and may not suit everyone. If you have poor balance, coordination problems or limitations that make bending difficult then this unit is not a good choice for you. If you have these kinds of limitations you'll probably want a wall mounted unit.
However, I like that this unit is portable and doesn't require installation.
You put a can in the unit and step on the platform and crush the can. You then take the crushed can out of the unit. Simple. It crushes steel cans with relative ease. But there is no compounding leverage, you supply the muscle power. Since our leg muscles are our most powerful muscles it shouldn't be a problem for most people.
