I am a tea fanatic and vegetarian committed to healthy living, so I purchased this gift set with the hopes of finding a new delicious tea which would be a pleasure to entertain with. The flower blooms, much like the teaflowers featured in the movie Marie Antoinette, and I felt like I was having a royal tea party!! I must note, the green tea is delicious; it is not sweet or artificial tasting, but rather pure, natural and refreshing. I brewed the tea, then put the tea pot on ice, and now I am hooked! This is a wonderful tea experience. As the tea flower blooms you watch the green tea leaves expand. The flowere that are small inside start to hydrate and the flowers fully expand into a wonderful arrangement. The flowers are all sewn together in different shapes and styles so you get to appreciate a unique display of art everytime you have tea.
After the tea is fully bloomed simply pour everyone a glass. Then pour additional hot water into the pot so that the tea can be displayed on the table.
The gift canister is magnificiently made. It is obvious that skilled craftsmen spent a lot of time to create this gift canister that holds all the 12 teas.
The entire experience was fantastic.

I love this tea pot and tea. The flowering tea is absolutely beautiful, the tea tastes good, and being able to sip tea while looking at this beautiful flower is a very soothing and enriching experience. I only used it once to test it out because the weather has been very hot here but I can't wait for the cool weather to put on a pot of tea, light some candles, and cozy up to a nice fire. The flowing tea set is awesome. The tea pot is a nice clear glass pot with a glass lid. It holds about 3 coffee mug size glasses if it's filled the whole way. The tea comes with a description of the benefits of each flower. Making the tea is simple too. Just boil some water, then let it cool for 30 to 60 seconds before pouring it over one of the tea balls (you can put the tea ball in the glass infuser if you want, but you don't really need too). If the water is too hot (still boiling) then the tea will taste bitter. If the water is too cold then flower will not bloom properly. My flowers were good for 3 solid steeps. The flavor of the tea is just alright, nothing too special. Overall, a great product.
