This pizza peel is awesome. Dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and very pretty to look at not to mention no oiling. We make alot of home made pizza and prior to the peel it was a real pain getting it to the hot stone. With this puppy and some cornmeal it is smooth sailing. Highly recommened, worth the money.
