I ordered 4 Emerson B060 electrci bottle openers and had them shipped as gifts to 3 locations. 3 of the 4 do not work and its impossilbe to get through to the company to find out how to return and or get a refund. Very unhappy and equally difficult to contact someone at Amazon to find out how to proceed. I tried calling the company I ordered from and get a busy signal or a fax answers. Not good!Customer Review: How fun is this!

My husband & I have enjoyed using our Emerson Electric Wine Opener. You should see the look on our guests' faces when we use it. Everyone wants to know how to get one. We have given several as gifts already, and am in the process of ordering more to give as gifts. This opener works well with both real cork and artificial corks.
