The straps are very sturdy and comfortable for hiking, riding your bike, or even running to class.
I like the many pockets for all of the little things you might need, two water bottle holders for an all day outing, and there is even a padded pocket to put your sunglasses in.
The two big sections of the backpack are very roomy, so you are able to carry many books + a laptop.
The backpack is very durable and I like the coloring too.
Eddie Bauer definitely hit a homerun with this backpack.
