I cannot be happier with this product. I had weight loss surgery over a year ago. I have hit a plateau that I'm trying to overcome. It was time to purchase a good digital scale to make sure I do not suffer from portion distortion. I researched quite a few scales and settled on this one. Even though many seem to want features that would almost be impossible to have on a digital scale with limited memory (unlike a full fledged computer), I'm happy with its capabilities. I use this scale in conjunction with The Daily Plate. Between both I can accurately track my food intake and the nutritional amounts. My plateau is starting to budge and I'm losing weight again. I like the small size of the scale. I travel with it to my parents' cottage in northern Michigan.Customer Review: Awesome Scale

I love this scale and am extremely happy with it. Weighing my food with so much more information makes cooking so much easier and no more guesstimates.
I tried the weight watchers scale before I got this one, it doesn't give as much information as this scale. If you want to do a low carb diet, this is the scale for you.
Get it. It is worth every penny.

I have had this scale for about two weeks and use it all the time. It is amazing how many calories are in all the little "cheats" I have during the day. It is very sleek and I actually keep it out on the counter. It's super easy to use and the book that comes with it is very well organized. I like the fact that I can use any container to weigh my food; you just have a "zero" the scale with the container on the scale before putting in the food code. Amazon has a great price! A great product. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, only much better than I ever dreamed possible. Great for foods without nutrition labels but also extremely valuable for foods with nutrition information because it tells you exactly how much you're eatings. Very well made, would highly recommend to others, including to my patients. Will likely recommend that patients in our Pediatric Obesity clinic use it for more accurate nutritional information.
