Customer Review: Excellent tool to track your diet

I purchased this item about a month ago to keep track of my carbohydrate intake. Of course you can keep track of 12 different nutritional values of 1000 different foods with this item but my major concern at this time was carbs. I love the build a meal and calculator functions in it. With this scale I have been able to control my blood sugar better than I was ever able to before. I put it in my back pack and take it to restaurants with me. I have checked the accuracy by comparing it with some authentic sources. In short I can not say enough good things about this product.
