I ordered this based on the recommendation of a friend. Its seems to be a high quality machine, but I returned it because it simply had too many parts to be useful. It came with extra mugs and lids which I didn't need and don't have space to store. I didn't use it as my current counter top blender suits my needs better than this with all of its 17 pieces!
